Trade enquiries

My supplement store is pleased to be able to offer trade accounts.  A trade account will enable you to order from our full range at wholesale prices.

To enable My supplement store to open a trade account we will need the following information:

1.  Name of your business;

2.  Nature of your business;                                          

3.  Your business address;

4.  A contact name;

5.  Business Telephone Number;

6.  Mobile Number for contact (if applicable);

7.  Proof of business name and address (e.g. letterhead or utility bill);

8.  Where personal trainers are without business premises we will need:

i)  a copy of your valid instructors certificate;

ii)  proof of address;
